C/X-Band Power Amplifier
Flight-proven C/X-band power amplifier for high-data-rate downlinks and inter-satellite links, delivering up to 20 W saturated output with support for complex modulation formats.
S-Band Power Amplifier
Compact S-band CubeSat power amplifier delivering 2.5 W linear output with low DC power consumption, fast switching, and onboard telemetry for RF output, current, and temperature. More than 65 units have been shipped for space applications.
UHF Power Amplifier
Compact 4 W UHF GaN power amplifier offering high efficiency, fast enable control, and support for CW, FM, OFDM, DVB, and other modulation formats.
Integrated PA/LNA & Filters
Flight-proven S-band FDD RF subsystem integrating a 10 W transmit amplifier, sub-2 dB noise-figure receive chain, and dual cavity filters for 5G NB-IoT/NR-NTN and TT&C applications. Custom-designed in 2020, with more than 20 units delivered to multiple customers and operating in LEO.
